About Vidyalaya KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA HUBBALLI opened in 1965 is one of the institutes run by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan under the Ministry Of Human Resource Development.
It is a senior secondary co-educational institution where about 1500 students are studying. It has Science and Commerce streams in +2 stage (Science with Biology, Comp. Sc. and Hindi,Commerce with Information practices and Hindi) to mould the new and vibrant breed of nation builders of tomorrow.

To Keep the students abreast with the latest technology, Vidyalaya has most modern computers along with internet facility and other audiovisual aids. Computer education is being provided from class I onwards. Activity based teaching is being done in primary classes.

It is in the midst of lush green environment providing a tranquil and conducive atmosphere for study. School has open Gymnasium facility and an athletic ground.
